General Terms and Conditions

Please read this Agreement carefully. This Agreement governs your installation and use of the Adesso Platform software. These Terms are available only to adults 18 and older, and by agreeing to it, you represent you have legal capacity to approve it.

Terms Subject to Change
Terraine reserves the right to modify this Agreement by posting modified Terms on the Digitalformz.net and Myadesso.com web site. You should review the online Agreement from time to time. You agree to this Agreement as it may be modified.

Registration Information
To license and download the Adesso Platform you are required to register with Terraine for the creation of an account (“User Account”). All information that you provide in User Account registration or updating, including your name, affiliation, address, email address and other contact information must be truthful. If any change in registration information occurs, you agree to update your User Account information.

Your License to the Adesso Platform
When you download the Adesso Platform, your license will determine the ways that you are permitted to use your copy of the Adesso Platform. Unless you have purchased a Master License, your use is limited to Individual Use. As the holder of a license, you are allowed to download, install, and use the Adesso Platform software on up to three (3) of your PCs or your other devices. Adesso reserves the right to terminate the Adesso Platform for any breach of this Agreement. Otherwise your license to the Adesso Platform is valid for so long as your license is in good standing on Adesso Platform. No use or exploitation of the Adesso Platform is permitted except as stated in this Agreement. You may not rent, lend, or reverse engineer the Adesso Platform . As used in this Agreement, the term “Adesso Platform ” includes any release or update of such software that Adesso may make available to you and any user documentation.

You Can Make Your Own Applications
You may use the Adesso Platform built-in development tools to make or configure your own Apps. Additional development tools may be available from the Adesso Platform web destination. You are responsible for the content of your own Apps. All tools are provided “AS IS” and are subject to this Agreement.
