After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Enabling Use and Access by Multiple Users

This is an agreement authorizing your use only. While you should not provide others with copies of the Adesso Platform or let other persons use your User Account, you should feel free to encourage other persons to register with Terraine so that they can interact with you in a common community.

In addition, there are multi-user licenses available from Adesso, known as Master Licenses. For details on Master Licenses, contact a Terraine sales representative. If you are interested in obtaining Adesso server software for hosting your own or third party Apps, you should contact Terraine at: sales@terraine.com.

License; Individual Use

Terraine offers various license agreements, which may change from time to time. These include various non-commercial and commercial access and license arrangements as well as Master Licenses. For details, see the Terraine web site. Unless you have made arrangements for another type of license, this Agreement is for Individual Use only. “Individual Use” means use of the Adesso Platform for use by you as an individual or as a member within a group, network or community of individuals. This software may be installed via this license on three devices per user.
